LOL don't mind those lies Virgin Passport LOL. Well, that could be applicable if you're applying for tourist visa. And they would want to be sure that you have travelled to other countries on tourism and returned back to your country. If your passport is a virgin passport and you have provided all the required documents, there's a fat chance to be granted a tourist visa into Russia.

But in the case of study permit and working permit it has nothing to do with virgin passorts.

Age doesn't affect a study visa except you're a minor, then you need a certain written and signed consent from your parents.

You can study in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Dolgaprudny, Chelabynsk, Obininsk.

The lowest school fee i have seen in Russian Universities is around 75,000 rubles but this is dependent on the course of choice and the institution you wish to study in.

When i went to Russia i flew Emirate, but the agent that booked the flight swindled me of 520k naira, untill i came to Russia and saw my Russian woman booking flights. There i saw how Nigerian agents have been swindling Nigerians like me.

You can budget atleast 350k naira or little more above for flight, to and fro. And BTA of 1000 dollars or above but in general if you're bring up to 10 thousand dollars into Russia you must present it to the Russian immigration officers at the entrance to be cleared. If the liquid money exceeds 10k USD it is condidered money Laundry.

You can get a job in Russia in your first year. The new law allows students to work without permit. But if the new law doesn't apply strongly you can seek a working permit from your institution and work in the schools organization or affiliates.

The IT sector in Russia is very advanced and you need to have a proper skills which includes knowing and speaking Russian. Though you could be lucky, if you're smart enough to device a survival strategy to compete.

You can still work with your Nigerian clients, the world is globe now, you can connect and work with your clients from any part of the world right from your computer.

I myself designs website for my Nigerian clients while living in Russia. So you can as well do better by using the cheap internet and the uniterupted electricity supply to build and achieve your goals.

In regard to the Russian scholarship, their's a Quota which everyone who wish to study in Russia have to compete. I think Russia gave Nigeria about 2-5% of the quota last i checked. I may be wrong with the figures of % percentage, but i know their's a quota for Nigerian nationals. But you must go through competition.

"which airline is cheaper?" i wouldn't be able to lay emphasies on the cost flight bookings. It depends on some factors, like your lugages, the class, and the type of airline and the routes and stops. I flew Emirate and only had a wonderful stop at the Dubai airport, from which we exchanged to another emirate airline headed to Moscow it was a almost a 6hour flight from Dubai to Domododevo airport in Moscow.

When coming to Russia dont carry with you Cocaine, cannabis, SK, if you;re carrying any drugs or syrup that contains codeine, ephedrine or any other opium extract, it must be accompanied by a notable doctors prescriptions.

Don't bring in Porn Movies recorded on a CD or DVD, Guns, Military Knives or gadgets related to the military.

You can come with your red oil, egwusi, ogbono, garri, dried fish, stock fish, etc. You only have to deal with the Nigeria's greedy immigration officers that will share your oil and Egwusi into 2 and tell you it is too much to be taken abroad, or accuse you of going to sell it in Russia.

God knows they'll take it home and make soup with it.

Their Immigration procedure? Please put this question properly so i'd understand what exact answers you seek in this category.

Okay thank you OP for your quick response.

Firstly the course I intended to study ranges from 113,000 rubble per year, so can 1.5m be enough for the first year including flight ticket and other itinerary then when I land I look for job to use and survive while I learn the language?

Why on earth will I even carry such drug into Russia. I'm going to study so I can't involve my name in that.

Right now my spirit dey Russia e remain my body oh. Let me use this year and next and gather money. God no go shame us

Thanks Mr Austeen007 for this thread and please if you have any information on scholarship you let me know.

I applied to some universities and their response was that they have close for this semester. Do you know if I can use my WAEC to apply for bachelor degree?

For the immigration I wanted knowing their procedures if they operate like Nigerian immigration. And which documents will they need to see on my arrival.

Gracias

1.5 can do all that for you.

Lol Most Nigerians comes here with the mentality of dealing in drugs or to escape to germany. When they dont find the connections they get tired and carry their back and go back to Nigeria. When you ask them they'll say that country no follow. LOL!

To get more info i'll be updating my blog often and also setting up a youtube channel where i will drop more about Russia. it's going to be a very valueable content.

WAEC IS ACCEPTED IN ALL THE RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY.

And for their Imigration they only need to see your visa and they'll quick hand you an immigration card. Thier Immigration can't be like Nigeria Na. Russia is a very advanced country, and a tourist country. the most visited country in Europe and Eurasia and their hospitality is top notch.

You wont have issues with the immigration except you're suspected to be a terrorist LOL! But the school will give you further guidance .

Russia values students here a lot. Even their police as long as you're a student will give you a top class treatment.

Let do the feasibility math. 113k rubles X 5.5= 621k naira.

BTA which is pocket money LOL! 1k USD = 480k more or lesser depend the sharp rise or fall of dollar against Naira.

Flight you can get 380k more or less depending on exhange rate.

TOTAL= 1.481,000

But if the school demands you to translate your documents in to Russian Language it means you'll pay for translation and Notarization of those documents.

apart from that 1.5 m will get here. Make room for miscellenous.

I think with such skills you can easily get a job. But my advice is to apply for Russian study permit in that field or try applying for work permit. But would be difficult. So people often go through School as they study they work and show case their skills
