It all starts with procuring a Cloud Infrastructure to power your ideas. I could send your a list of good cloud company service. I've used GCP, Digital Ocean, OVH Cloud, Contabo, AWS, IBM Cloud et all. But my recommendation will be Digital Ocean, OVH and contabo.
However there are other really good EU based providers.


I will give you more information on that regard if that's really want you want. But then, these things are far more better and easier. (For me atleast.)
