I need an advice, I'm currently working as a Laboratory Technician in a private hospital, so earlier today I got a call from one of my boss I once worked with that one general hospital needs a casual staff, but the pay is lesser than where I currently work by #20,000 and I'm not paying for accomodation but as for the general hospital I'll have to be paying for accomodation, but I'm thinking working as a casual staff there can give u the opportunity to be a federal government worker, but the conditions isn't okay, so I don't know what to do. Should I leave this one and go there, or reject it?

Stay at your current workplace and try to save as much money as you can, since you have no rent obligations.

With the way healthcare workers are owed salaries in govt hospitals, do you really want to work in one? Think am well o!

Federal jobs are very secure, that's why. Even if they are owing u, they will still pay with time. Its less stressful compared to private works.
