lols... grin Don't be quick to convert the earning from CAD to naira. By the time you pay your rent, bills and other miscellaneous in CAD, excluding family responsibility. You won't be left with #1000 after a year . Best is to migrate first and be hardworking law abiding citizen over there. With time, you will be fine and okay. wink

It seems you are about to enter into some sort of arrangement with an agent who has promised to get you a visa to Canada for unskilled work. The truth is, you are about to be scammed.

There are a number of threads in the travel section on traveling to Canada. You can read through and ask questions and learn the ropes by yourself. The official Canadian government immigration website, cic.gc.ca, will also tell you exactly what you need to do, so that you can do everything yourself as long as you qualify.

It’ll be best for you to ask lots of questions and do lots of research by yourself about traveling, before you give away your money. You may find that Canada is not a viable option for you right now, given your circumstances, but that there are other good options which would work for you (e.g., scholarships for studying in other countries, etc.).

In sum, please take your time and do not lose your money. That unskilled Canadian job offer is definitely a scam. Ask questions, search the web, and read through the travel section. All the best.

Hi ednut... A quick one please...

If one gets admission to study a certificate course in Canada for a year.. Will the person be given an extra year after the study to pursue other courses? Or do masters??

Also.. If one goes to Canada for bsc course.. Can one bring his family over?? Say.. Wife......

Lastly... I would like to confirm if Canada gives 1 year after masters....during which.. One can either get a job.. Or further education...

Thanks for your anticipated response

So now the problem there is I don't want to go through student route I want to migrate there first and after sometime then I can study
