Obey God and his commandments, read the Bible and Downloads Bible apps to understand better. And always have the fear of God and seek God in every thing you do . Seek the Kingdom of God and Great things shall be added unto you.

When did everything you listed become power?

This is one of the many problems we have in Christendom, teaching head knowledge and not following what the Bible says. No Biblical backup because some listed were head knowledge.

If you are born again you receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and in the Holy Spirit is all the other items in your menu

You don't need power to speak in tongue... Gift of the holy spirit is evidenced by speaking in tongue

Just receive Christ and be baptized

The person of the Holy Spirit is a gift you receive when you accept Christ and his baptism. The GIFTS of the Holy is given to you by the Holy Spirit when he comes into your spirit. Whether you operate them or not is up to you and your walk with the word.

The holy ghost is the custodian of powers,if the holy spirit is the power itself I won't say that's not true, I agree with you. But you should know what a custodian is and it is left for believers to seek genuine anointing from God. There are powers to do different things( anointing) healing power,casting out demons etc....the life of Jesus it was demonstrated, there are type of situation that deserves some kind of knowledge and power
