Good evening fam

I have been noticing some bugs on my Mi Note 10 Lite since I updated to MIUI 12, but the most annoying one started yesterday and it has to do with the speaker. I mean, the speaker for making call.

I almost don't hear what the person from the other end is saying unless I switch to loud speaker.

Is this a general issue? Hard restart could not fix it.

I just don't understand the network again. Abi they dump their old broadbands whenever they upgrade to a new one ni?

Is there a tempered glass applied?
Yes, I once had but after removing it, it improved but it still lags but not as much when there was a screen protector. I'm considering flashing a new ROM?

Launch CIT in the settings to check if the mic is working or broken.

i know you tap one of the lines in the about section but i don't know which one gets you to CIT

Edit: looked it up, it's the kernel number. Tap it three times
I do not understand the settings. I no see any CIT Settings.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 10 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

Now go to "all specs" on that page and tap the kernelnumber repeatedly until it lets you in.

Look for microphone and test it

Search either of Aafont, Moby fonts, free or fonts or

Change Region to India from settings>additional settings> region.
You will then see a Fonts Tab on the theme app when you have applied a font change your region back to Nigeria.

Then update it. The version there is the one that was installed when it left the factory. There have been updates since then. When you buy a device you're to check for updates. These are either meant to add features or fix bugs.
Ok
