Most judges in this country are as corrupt as the system. In almost all cases handled in by any Nigerian judge, can NEVER end well as u got money to spend.
That was why they could not convict James Ibori, but British judges, convicted Ibori.

We lost descent lawyers like incorruptable Gani Faihemi. Only descent ones alive is Femi Falana. Others are wash, wash lawyers. with #500, you can buy them.

The police should arrest him as they do to other Nigerians without recourse to the law. Arrest him like a common criminal.

How are laws being interpreted in this country. How can one arm of government stops another from carrying out a lawful duty? There is no law in Nigeria that has ouster clauses now. In developed countries, police has the right to invite anybody any time without interference from Court. In the US, some states even have 'no knock warrant' in their laws

Lol....500 is too Much, just pledge them Money
thats all, The case is yours.

Nigerians also Need to start focusing on The
judiciary, These Judges should start learning their lessons in a bitter way.

Time has gone, we will be crying and begging
for The right thing to be done.

Like seriously,if we dont do Anything now, our
Future is still at stake....this is a Wake up Call
for everyone, both agitators and nationalists to
correct this blunder before 2023.

Judges must learn to do the right thing, wearing artificial whitemans hair as wig doesnt portray them As better individuals, they Are corrupt and partly the cause of our predicament.

I have been an online voice for long crying out against social injustice and i know The world is Reading and watching.

This country is Nothing but a bloody Joke!
We the citizens need to realise that we have a voice.
Even if all we have for now is SM, we should collectively rise up and make a ruckus that should at least overturn this absolute travesty! angry

Welcome to Nigeria!

You must be a foreigner or alien if you’re surprised at this.
I was not expecting Gbagi to be arrested but I will forward his story to the UN - US, UK Embassies and the EU - it seems those are the organizations Nigerian politicians fear more than the police or judiciary

Please instead of hitting meaningless likes or shares button let us all who are angry at what this man has done copy the links to the story and send it to the embassies I mentioned above and you will see action kia kia - let’s stop this human right abuse - it’s a duty for us all

Within the 14 days, you will see him honoring the Police invitation and that may subtly end the entire case.

Some vibrant Civil rights organizations need to reason this matter.

Na for this kain case police suppose dey disobey court order.
Now, you want the police, not Buhari anymore to disobey the court order? Laughing

If there's any apartments in hell where is hotter than other parts of hell, our politicians and lawyers should be there. Bunch of confused charlatans who aid crimes at all levels. infact Nigerian lawyers are a greeter reason why this country is as bad and lawless as it is. Nonsense

What's?

Where are the why not follow judicial way chanters, they should come and see their trusted judges doing what they know best.

Curruption of highest order at work.
Thanks man, they're already banging their heads on walls. Some are even telling the police to disobey the court order in this case because they actually want to see the man behind bars. But they have forgotten how they painted Buhari as having no regards for court orders. Bunch of hypocrites.
I could remember their noises when EFCC was going to search the houses of some of those corrupt judges with court warrant. EFCC eventually backed off when the noises and pressure was too much. Now, they're wailing against the same corrupt judges

Excerpt from Article
"Justice Taiwo, upon a motion exparte, by Gbagi (applicant)’s lawyer, Nkem Okoro Esq., barred the Inspector General of Police, Commissioner of Police, Delta state (first and second respondents), whether by themselves, their agents, employees, or by whatever name called, from threatening to arrest and detaining Gbagi (applicant) pending the hearing and determination of his application for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights.”

"... pending application for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights." What about the fundamentl human rights of the workers? Imagine the cream of people running the affairs of Nigeria government. Kenneth Gbagi, how did you become a minister? I understand he is aspiring to be a governor of a state! Well, we are waiting for that time. I see him saying, "do you know who I am." Fool!
