It should be noted down that the amalgamation of Nigeria is the most costliest mistake made by mankind. I hope one day the perpetrators of this crime(british)will pay and be punished.

Father Lord, I want to get to this level or even higher than this level. Please take me there in Jesus name Amen. Happy Independence Nairalanders. No matter what you are going through, find some time out today and spoil yourself. God will answer our secret and open prayers. Nigeria shall be great again.

Maryam Babangida is easily the finest.
Igbo amaka!

How we view beauty is relative. Depends on how you view it. To me, I'll still rate both Maryam Abacha and Aisha Buhari above the late Maryam Babangida.

Send me your picture and number maybe we can hook up and if things work out we can get married.
I’ll be a president soon and you will be my First Lady.

She will be first lady of Youth Club Association, because you will be the president of the club.

Why are you relegating and limiting yourself to being a first lady, when you can be the head of state?

Well to each their desires, and the limit they see themselves getting to...

OP got it wrong, Azikiwe was the Governor General but the actual number one man was the Prime Minister Tafawa Balewa. So his wife is the actual first lady not that of Azikiwe.
We are talking from 1960. Dr. Azikiwe was the president. The first Nigerian president.

Maryam Abacha fine that time, no be small.

Buhari's two first ladies were/are very beautiful women.

Maryam Babangida was a fashionista. Her beauty is overhyped, in my own opinion.

Ask yourself that question, Tafawa Balewa held the number one office in the country as at that time. The office of the Prime Minister was the most important. Azikiwe was just a Ceremonial President. He was given that Post as compensation because his party the NCPC formed a coalition with the NPC which the British wanted in Charge.
