On saturday 19th september 2020, I picked this guy and 2 of his friends up from World Oil Ilasan to Eros Hotel Jakande Lekki. It was a short surge trip on Bolt, trip ended 700 and he said I should please give him 2000 naira so he'd transfer the whole money to me. I foolishly gave the money to him. He did what he did on his phone and should me a debit alert and hurriedly left. I didnt get an alert, I checked my account via the app and still nothing. I got another request and left the premises hoping to get my money and I didnt. I called him back to let him know I didnt get the money, he asked that I send my account number to him via SMS which I did and he didnt send it. Since that day he has refused to pick his call. The money is little but I feel stupid that someone could cheat me that way.

Phillip Emeka is a fake programmer a notorious scammer he collect and run with peoples hard earn money claims to design website, sell website script but once you pay him he wont give you any website script or design any site for you.
My hard earn 10,000 was paid to his account for a website script after payment no script was sent or a refund he keeps lieing and posting me he refuse to pick my call or reply my whatapp messages.

I made the mistake of thinking he was a legit exchanger. I thought I was chatting with someone else because I reached out to several verified exchangers here on Nairaland. That's why I didn't use an escrow and I needed the funds urgently.

When I called out this scammer, he pretended that he wanted to refund me and deleted all his chat then blocked me.

Please learn from my mistake and steer clear of him.
