Significant amount of this high GDP component is from UAEs oil sales.

For example, debt to gdp of 25% as said from your write up (25-30%) means a national debt of $25 over a GDP of $100

Good assertion. US currently has the highest debt in the world with more thn $26trillion dollar. I want Nigeria to continue borrowing in as much as we'll put it in infrastructure. Atleast this govt isn't borrowing to pay salary.
