Same thing happened in IMO state when a politician was also accidentally shot dead by an NSCDC official. They were also celebrating. There is something about NSCDC, these guys are like tyrants. Ammunition is is the bullet and not the rifle ..He can only lose control of his weapon but even that was not supposed to happen if if had any proper firearm training ..In that relaxed environment he was supposed to clear his chamber or put the weapon on safety if he still believes he would need it armed soon ....
