That's the thing my brother, back then in Japan, if you are a retainer for a feudal lord and he dies, you must perform the sepuku ritual (a method of committing suicide by tearing the belly open), if you are dishonoured in a duel (which were fcking rampant then) people expect you to commit suicide too, reaching old age back then for samurai in Japan was a blessing.
