Filling station is the worst place to refil. those days u said they only exchage cylinders, today, they decount which is highly risky

electricity or gas is connected to all house. So you only pay bills. To buy gas in cylinder for maybe camping use you go to approved operators. In nigeria gas should be left in the hands of operators not anyhow people in residential areas.
