Jumia has agreed to refund my money but not in full. I paid a total of 39,669 for Umidigi a7pro on Sept 8, fast forward to last week Wednesday, they delivered a cord as my phone which I rejected. They said they'll refund 34,889, still expecting it, as part of their refund policy, they don't refund custom duties fee.

I feel cheated by Jumia, if they delivered what I ordered for, I wouldn't return the package to demand a refund. If anyone should bear the consequences, it should be them. I don't know what to do.

What can I do to bet my full money.
