Good point. let us also note that these same SARS eat from the hands of big Yahoo boys like Hush Puppi, Mompha, Badoo Oosha, Mr.Woodberry etal who have become celebrities and untouchables , as an indication of how effed up Nigeria is, while street level disciples of these guys , and even innocent Nigerian youths, are maimed and killed by SARs.

The USA were not stopping and searching everyone on the street with a smart phone and laptop before they could bring down Mr.Woodberry and Hush Puppi.

Can we say EFCC too flexible ?i but more blames on our judges, giving them 1 year or 6months jail term, to me as if judges are encouraging them, the bankers who normally assisting them shouldn't be spared again.

u are so unbelievable, police can handle any issues in the country but their level of understanding a particular thing is limited so a higher body like EFCC is set up to tackle cases beyond the powers of police, that doesn't mean police can't start the interrogation. Most times they start and later hand over to higher bodies.
