The government should improve seriously on the basic needs of the citizens( Steady electricity, clean drinking water source, health facilities, good roads and housing structure, education etc) then government should also thoroughly checkmate the properties citizens (including government officials) own, their bank account, and source of income.
No individual should own more than two cars, not more than two buildings and not more than 10 million Naira in his bank account.( Whoever does contrary should be sentenced)
Implement this 100% without exception and watch things change, and looting minimized.

On the surface, your question would have been adjudged "reasonable" (no pun intended) but looking deeper, you need to provide an answer as to why a Govt that was elected on the platform of "Zero Tolerance to Corruption", is so rife withall these gigantic amount of Corruption, day-in, day-out.............

Why is this administration still thinking about "next step is to prosecute", after SIX YEARS in Office, after disbanding the Presidential Task Force on Corruption, When its AGF is an enabler of Criminals, when even the President's Cousins (Yussuf), an ordinary recharge card seller, now has Trillions of Naira in his bank account so much so that the CBN Governor Emefiele has to advise him to "Please split it up to avoid undue attention"?

Is it when the Govt ends its Eight years tenure, that it will start prosecuting corruption?
