final list is by region, why are u guys making a big deal of of this state of origin thing? A certain North Central state is very competitive. Some guys from that state used a less competitive state and the got it. Just know what u are doing that's all

so what happens is, they will call your next of kin, to meet up and take them to the palace of the king of where you claim you are from.. you’ll go to the palace and that’s where they’ll trace the family house or tree from or whatever.
So it’s not enough having the document as it’s easy to collect.. so they know your family there.. if they don’t, at least ones next of kin should be able to point the family house to them and the residents confirm

There’s level to this things at list have one parent from the said state you’re claiming won’t be any issues as long as they know u over there, I have a friend who’s mum is also bayelsa but the dad is ondo, his been using bayelsa all his life it was about 3yrs ago he traced his father to ondo who unknowingly was a king
