Jane woke up unusually excited in the morning, she was happy things were going smoothly for her and Kingsley but then, why the excitement? She asked herself.

The last time she was like this was the morning she received the news her dad was dead but was it going to be the same today? No way that was possible all the people who might try it were already on their way to prison.

Or was she mistaken?

Kingsley woke up with a start, he shoke his head so he could recollect on what happened the day before, the thought of his mother made him smile.

He needed something to smile about and he got it when he saw his mother the yesterday but then he needed to be prepared for the task ahead of him that day so there won't be mistakes

Stephen sat down in his office in deep thoughts he has the pictures from Paul's death but he needed to frame someone for it so it won't be traced back to him.

His phone rang bringing him back to the present, he picked the call

"Hello boss"

Any news for me? Stephen asked

"Yes boss, a woman requested for our services yesterday and it was about you but I can't find out the details" the gangster told Stephen

Why? Stephen asked

"The guy for the job was not mentioned or registered for anything yesterday so I can't question him since I have to assume I don't know about it" the gangster replied

Stephen smiled knowingly in his office, "thanks for the information" he replied the gangster before hanging up

He called another number on his phone

"Hello boss"

"Initiate plan B today" he told the gangster hanging up

"There must be no mistakes" he muttered to himself

Jane walked out of the company towards a taxi park not far away from the company, a taxi driver walked up to her

Where are you going miss?

Can you take me to....

The driver already walked her to his car door, he grabbed his handkerchief and forcefully covered her nose, within seconds Jane was in oblivion

He deposited her in the back seat of the car like someone who was sleeping before picking his phone and placing a phone call to his boss

"Hello boss"

How is it?

"Done"

"Meet me in the old warehouse and make sure you are not being followed so change cars at the right time and place" the gangster advised him

"Okay boss" he replied him hanging up

Stephen smiled in his office

"Before you think of putting me down, think of what you will lose" he muttered to himself holding a picture of the chairman in his hands

The chairman called Beatrice immediately he received the information

"Jane has been abducted" he told Beatrice immediately she picked his call

What!!! Beatrice exclaimed

How did you know? Beatrice asked

Have you forgotten about my sources?

Beatrice already grabbed her second phone

"Kingsley's phone Is not going through" she told the chairman in panic

It's good to know that the phone is in perfect condition now. The chairman has all this sources, how come he couldn't prevent the death of his son, seeing that he was shot with a gun, and the chairman runs a gun cartel? I guess 'they' think or know that Jane would be/is Kingsley's archiles hill. Thanks for the update.

Jane was alarmed to see a dark figure staring at her from the dark, she couldn't believe she had being abducted that easily

"I thought I will be able to put up some form of resistance" she thought with dread

"Keep staring, I will be the last person you will stare at anyway" Jane heard a deep voice from the dark man

Stephen got out of his car with his colleagues all coming out from where they parked theirs "that traitor Samson, I will take care of him later" he muttered with anger

"Don't worry after we take care of this boy we will have enough time for the chairman and Samson" Samuel told Stephen with both of them exchanging knowing smiles

The chairman got out of his car with Beatrice, looking at Samson who was standing a few feet away from him

Did you get hold of Kingsley?

"No sir, I even tried advanced tracking but got nothing" Samson replied

"He his good at his job so it will be difficult to track him" the chairman spoke staring into the night sky

Why did he give us the information when he should be taking care of this himself?

They all watched as policemen came out of their van when they arrived, the commander walked up the chairman

"It is an uncompleted building straight down from here" Samson told the commander

"Ok we will take care of it but please stay away from the scene" the commander admonished be beckoning on his men

Stephen and his colleagues walked into the room where Jane was held captive "this time we will not make the same mistake we made eight years ago" he told Jane squatting

"You are both going to die" he told Jane with smile

His eyes adjusted to the darkness to see the figure in the corner standing still "it will be very difficult to get your location unless with a night lens as that is wonderful, he will be long dead before he sees you"

"I won't disappoint boss"

"I know you won't"

"Why don't you go and talk with the boys down stairs to prepare them for his coming that way I will be alert and just gun him down when he his up here" he suggested to Stephen

"Very true" Samuel spoke out first let's get down to business and expect his coming

The policemen arrived to the seen to see the gangster milling around the building before taking his eyes to the surroundings of the area

He looked at the head of the gangster with a smile before blowing his whistle, everyone turned their heads to the direction before smiles broke of their faces

A gangster walked to the commander they are still up there you should wait a little more they will soon be out.

The commander nodded his head but choose to remain silent

In Jane's abduction information about it cannot get to him because his relationship with Jane is not public and the reason he was informed was because it happened around his company

It's so nice,cos you can't seem to get enough of the story, who could be spying on Kingsley, and I'm not sure where the chairman stand on all this,seems he has some skeleton in is wardrobe .

Stephen and his colleagues walked out to meet his boys waiting for him all standing at attention and prepared for any intruder

"No mercy, rain bullets on anyone you see no one must live here alive" Samuel told the men

The leader turned to him and asked does that include you? I mean are you going home with your dead body?

"This is not the time to joke, this is the time to act as men who have a mission" Stephen spoke in a grave voice

Behind Stephen a man in Spandex walked up the stairs quietly of course he was good at it.

The man in the darkness walked towards Jane bending down to touch her hair, don't you want to know who I am? He asked

"You see, he stood up to stretch his hands, I am that kind of darkness that is difficult to erase from anyone that falls victim"

"I drive them to suicide because they cannot bear the emotional trauma of walking in darkness, whenever they get to somewhere dark they scream to my delight because they think I am there" he continued will laughing

"You see so many people underestimate what I can do they think I am afraid of darkness they look at me as weak but the do not know that I am darkness myself" Kingsley spoke right behind the ear of the man in darkness

Both the man and Jane looked up immediately but he didn't get to see the face the punch he received was enough to get anyone dead in seconds but he needed to survive to ask where this person got that kind of punch

He shook off the concussion from the punch and threw his on punch straight at Kingsley who was already out of the and delivering a devastating punch on the man's knee

The man groaned in pain, just then the moon came out of the cloud he looked at Jane, Jane looked back at him both looked around the room but there was nobody in the room

The man turned frantically looking for Kingsley he didn't want to be caught unawares but the punch on his spine and the boot connected to his throat told him he was done for

"I am the king of darkness, you are nothing when I rule my world" Kingsley spoke into his ears before delivering a powerful punch direct on his chest

The man last thoughts was a mixture of disappoint he wanted to know how he could punch that hard but King of darkness!!! They kept ringing in his mind until he gave up the ghost.

Kingsley came down the stairs with Jane after removing his Spandex Stephen turned to look at the figure coming down it was Jane freed and walking down with someone

"It is Kingsley gun him down immediately" he told the men

Everyone watched has Kingsley drew Jane to himself for a kiss, Jane wanted to him that he was in front of danger but the fact that the dream of her life was coming right now if she was to die why not with the man she loved

The head of the gangsters brought out handcuffs I asked you what if you were going to die today you thought I was bluffing

Stephen and the rest watched has the police flooded into the building with the chairman, Beatrice and Samson.

Kingsley thought about stopping but then things were finally right, tomorrow he will go thank the two men who lie in their graves but their legacy left behind in their project.

He looked at Jane with a smile, the smile she gave him made him smile more

Everything was finally fine has he looked up to the sky he hoped his life would continue like that

Thanks to ENIROCK and LAKESC I wanted to stop halfway but I knew I needed to complete the story to avoid the disappointment I felt whenever I read an incomplete story

I would have being more consistent in updates but after my phone developed a fault I needed an excuse to stop the story

Thank you again for helping me finish it my next story will probably take time but I will make sure to bring you guys in.
