Thank you for shedding more light. I did not know you could pay with Nigerian bank card. I did not try when I read on the site that Nigeria was one of the countries you couldn't pay from. I tried to pay using a US bank card and it didn't work. Until my mother applied herself and paid from there. I'm sure the person that asked now has his answer. Thanks
It is a location issue not a card issue. I faced similar difficulties when I wanted to get mine, until I changed my IP address to a foreign one and tried using my Nigerian card and it was successful.

Please I have a question to ask.
My wife is the primary applicant and her ECA is ready. But FUTO is still looking for my transcript for over a year now and we can't keep waiting. In filling up the profile, Is it advisable to put yes in the education history column and then No for ECA? What are the implications pls. I have my original certificate as proof that I went to school.
I humbly await your response.

Are you claiming point from your education?
If NO, then you can add details of study under personal history and NO for ECA since your education will not contribute any point.

But if you are planning to add point from education ECA is compulsory.

ECA is not compulsory for accompanying spouse if score is good enough.
I hope it helps.

If bolded is true, the obvious answer to both questions are No and yes

Mamazka:
Good day All,

My EE profile expired and I am creating a new one. Please do I pick yes or No for the ff questions:

1. Have you ever applied to IRCC before.
2. Have you ever applied for express entry before.

Apart from my EE profile that expired, I have never done any other Canadian application.

Thanks in advance.

Nikkybeth:

You can't pay from Nigeria even if you have the card details of a foreign account. They use the IP address of your internet to know what country you are applying from. To get mine I got someone in the US to apply for me under Third Party Application. You'll give the person all the details and colour scanned documents. You also have to write, sign and scan a letter of authorization certifying that you have given permission for the person to apply on your behalf. They also need a document where you have your signature. I guess they need it to compare it with the signature in the letter of authorization. Your intl passport will suffice for this. They process your application really fast as long as you give them all the required info and documents. At the point of paying I suggest you select the standard time for processing £55 (12 working days) and international courier £48 depending on how much time you have to submit your Application. This way you are sure about the post and you'll get it in time. I got mine within 2 weeks. I hope this helps.
Thanks so much for this. Did they require your NI number at any point?

What worked for me was https://ieltsonlinetests.com/ I practiced all tests (listening and reading) including master. When I was done I signed up with british council for the computer based test . I wasn't satisfied after the test and I immediately re-registered to write it again without waiting for the results to be released because I figured out that I missed two questions (listening) with my birthday approaching. First result was LRWS 8.5, 8.5, 8, 8 . When the second test result was released I got LRWS 8.5,8.5,7, 7.5 . I expected to do better in the second one but did worse because section 2 of speaking was on a topic that didn't make sense to me. I didnt enjoy it.

Please which provincial nomination program would be ideal for me to apply to?
I have CRS of 438, 4 years experience as a software Engineer, BSC in Electrical Electronic Engineering.
Are these enough for any PNP program for any province? If not what else could I do?

I think we should take care with the way we discredit ourselves, WES will never recognize any degree that is not confirmed by an approved university.
What do you mean by "rushed/Packaged"? Master's degrees in the UK has been 1 year for as long as I can remember, Nigeria adopt the British system, so what makes a Master's finished in 1 year rushed?
The official timeline for MSc in Nigerian universities is 18 months, that includes 2 semesters of coursework, and a third semester for thesis/research....with holidays in between, which begs the question why does a master's student need holidays? With very minimal or no holiday, 3 semesters of 4 months each is 12 months. Any school that values time and is willing to work should finish a Master's program in a year, nothing rushed about that, unless the person is looking for a degree mill, in which case it's a no no.
Meanwhile i am also looking for masters that i can do in a year

No vex for the plenty questions sir

I can't really remember all these. But NOC is not related to education history and I am sure there will be a question that says "will you provide ECA for this- for now tick NO since your own ECA is not ready".
If it is not ticked as "complete" then it means you are still missing out something in that section. Go over it again and hope you can figure it out.
Anyways, you can always edit any information at any time before you get ITA.

After selecting No for the first question, the second question goes away , so the second answer is no longer relevant.
