You start by learning the A-Z of it. Without learning what any business or investment entails, it is stupidity to go into it.

Requirement is having a brokerage platform to trade with, have your capital, make use of your knowledge and skills and money management system and trade

You can start with as low as $1 or any amount you can afford to loose without getting mad at yourself.
But based on my over two years experience , I will advise when you get good training, don't start with less than $500 in capital or else you will loose your capitals. The reason is, surely every trader will have loosing trades and also successful trades but what guarantees a net profit is having a capital that the money management system can work with.

Other requirements: Avoid greed, fear and over confidence, have a mentor or forum of traders in which I know a lot, avoid get rich quick syndrome

Avoid scam by only trading with brokers registered by regulators. I can guide you in that.

Hmmmm... First you have to know that forex is very risky. You can lose your money within a sec... So think, not twice but thrice about it before stepping into it.... To your questions...
1. You can visit babypips, learntotradethemarket.... Just type it on Google.... Fxkeys as well is good. To have ideas and knowledge about it... Forex articles is also good to read as well.....
2. Are you patient?...... Forex can't turn you into a millionaire or billionaire within a few days or months and years. Not that it can't make you rich, it can... But it is easier for a camel or an elephant to pass through an eye of a needle than to turn to a millionaire in forex overnight.
3. It depends on how much you gat.... How much you can loose without shedding a tear or complaining. You can start with $5 or $1000...it depends as long as you won't feel any pain in losing it.
4. "get rich quick with forex trading secrets.",.."forex holy grail software"... " never lose a dime in forex trading with this new strategy or software".. "turn $100 into $500,000 within a month in forex"... " I will teach you forex without no loss",.... Those are few words used by scammers....
4. Your laptop or phone, mt4 application from play store... Forexfacory app for Callender news.. And some other apps and software you can find on play store or some sites...
Advice again, to enjoy forex, do a demo trading and join a community of forex traders for tips and methods.. Forex factory is also very good for finding strategies.... I wanna talk more but I think that's is enough.. Ladies are also into it cos I've met some....
