now 2018 he has 18 million which is about 94% of the total votes

Yeah I'm skeptical too of it propensity, but that bad news has done a lot of mess and people should make the right decision irrespective of the political spectrum.

It can happen now I doubt it but I am sure the result will be close especially with the massive voter registration since 2016 and now.
Also if you saw what happened in 2018 that will be a pointer for what will come in later years.
Dems are underpolled in Texas and the big cities and suburbs are going blue there.
I don't think it will happen this cycle though.
