As a lady with family, which one is advisable to go for between 200k bank job and 90k state ministry of health job. Professional advice needed.

The bolded will make me advise you to go for the state ministry.

If it were a man(either married or not); I'ld advice him to go for the bank job, work for a year or two while saving heavily by living a low life style for the said duration; after which he should 'relocate'.

My piece of advice, go for bank job, save upto 3.5 million naira and go and buy a job with PPPRA with a huge salary of 300k+ and other allowances and bonuses to come along with it.

Go for state ministry of health job. There is job security and plenty of time to do other things.

sister, I we advice u to go for the 90k ministry job with redt of mind, instead of that 200k banking job that has no future and a lot of risk attached to the banking job, eg any error transaction just no that u most be responsible for that, rubber's activities must surely be expected due to our End SARS activities, loan must be collected and must be deducted from ur 200k with other deduction that warrant u not to have the 200k at the end of the month

Please go for the 90k job. It has more job security than the bank job.
Anything can happen with all these private institutions. They can just drop staff. Or cut salaries. But government is not like that.
Besides the 90k job is a pensionable job. You can retire peacefully with your benefits. And you will grow in terms of salaries. Your salary increases as your level increases with government job. That's just my little contribution.

I know is stressful but people just have this notion they don't pay well, one babe was arguing with me the other day that they are paid max 60k. I was like that's for cashier the babe non listen.

Work in a bank as what? It's apauling how we place so much emphasis on money. With the state of the economy now you still think money over security? you still think short-term benefit over a lifetime opportunity. I may be wrong but your advice is is centered on the now.

Don't mind them , most of them can't even pass the contract staff job tests and they will be yarning dust.

Wema bank teller contract monthly salary is 75k for 12 months while their ET ( Executive assistants) after 6months confirmation earn 221k before PAYE & Tax for 13months. How is that not a good salary for a 20' something year old ?

Water is cheap and its good for the body. However alcohol might be expensive yet destructive...choose wisely
With 90k you can buy more bottles of water than the bottles of Alcohol 200k can get you... Choose wisely

You're asking him to go and steal, because that's what ministry jobs entail. You join them or you lose posting, the job or your life

He'll earn 2x plus change his regular salary in banking. Will not be forever. But it's up to him to save and build a better life for himself or just work for government and start living a boring life
