Since you are family woman I had advise you to go with the ministry Job because of time and your family. Bank Job is very tedious you had barely have time for yourself talkless of taking care of your family.

My sincere advice is get the back job. Save enough money and get out of this country. Don't stay in this futureless amalgamation that is being ruled by people that have absolutely nothing to offer.
That is what I'm doing now. I collect 375k per month saving about 250k. The earlier you get out of this country the better !

Madam if am in your shoe,I will go for the 90k ministry of health job,there you will have enough time to be doing your private business, remember in government work nothing like sack rather they will transfer you to another state as the case maybe,but for Bank hehe, those don't have human sympathy at all,you have enough 35years un interrupt to work in government.

You should probably look @ your short, Medium and long term goals each job has it own advantage, prospect growth and hinderances. Bank will give you skills and experience in a short period of time but it always time consuming depending on the department you working but Government work isn't that challenging and too many politics, but you have time and job security as advantage, do you have other things to do with the time Government work will provide you?

Why do people feel bank job don't pay well? The startup salary for most bank as a graduate is about 120k and above.

The health ministry is probably your profession, so professionally, I would advice you for the ministry.

However if you need quick money then banking but be rest assured that as a family lady, banking won't give you the time to cater for your family, it is a thief of time and know as well you can get fired anytime. The choice is yours at the end. Ours is just to guide you. Choice wisely and remember family first!
