it's not true. the op is not correct. Google keyboard is temporary. and when the phone is off. it doesn't save

only UCB save copy info because that's it you use their default copy in th browser Instead of the phone.

That's why i love Samsung your clipboard automatically clears after using it and one thing is that Samsung pass is the only app that can access your password and it usually personalize it. without your fingerprints no one can access your Samsung pass to check your stored passwords. I think Samsung device are very secured.

Propaganda article..... Mtchwwwww! OP, stop being clever by half. Copy paste info on your phone stores as a temporary cache info, it isn't saved permanently. No app has access to your clipboard data, only your generic keyboard does, or any other keyboard app you grant access to. Outside of your phone, it is NOT a data that your phone shares with any device. So if you have copy paste paranoia then I suggest you stop using 3rd Party Keyboard apps and only use the generic Google or iOS keyboard that came with your phone. Some of you phone users are the cause of your own problems, you keep using 3rd party keyboards like Hacker keyboard etc and then you expect your info won't be stolen even when hacker keyboard clearly mentions that its keyboard app stores whatever you type. Your normal generic Google keyboard or iOS keyboard that came with your phone is totally secure. It's a stand alone keyboard with no external connect or data sharing beyond your phone. And any copy paste is temporary, it doesn't save permanently on your keyboard clipboard unless you pin the info to your clipboard. Copy Paste has been saving lives since Adam and Eve. I can't use my phone or computer without using copy paste.

No app has individual access to the clipboard. Your clipboard data is 100% only associated with your keyboard. When you browse or use email, or open any app like TikTok etc, are you not using your keyboard on those apps? So on any Android or iOS phone, it is your generic keyboard (or whatever 3rd party keyboard you use as your default) that controls your clipboard. Some of us know and understand tech and this OP article is 100% propaganda and not accurate.

Stop this propaganda. No app, zero, none has access to your clipboard.

Check d video d guy posted sef. It says " so so so app Tried to access your clipboard". Tried to access, note d english.

If I switch off my android phone, no hacker in d world can break into it. Apple has been unbreachable for years.

Stop de-repping the work of great devs at apple and Google with this fallacy. Mobile phone security is at an all time high. Dump your old phone and mentality get something modern.

You can't even break into certain parts my own code let alone a code written by devs at apple or Google. I beg

and now you want people to believe yours, smiles... But since you explained yours in a different way but unable to explain in a simpler way than the other person, then you don't understand it well enough yourself.
Anyway to correct you on where you got the message wrong from the other person, he or she was just sensitizing anyone that needs it, it wasn't an opinion to be debated, I believe it was a fact to be noticed.
Thank you

You're very wrong! Your keyboard has it's own clipboard. And the native Android clipboard is different from your keyboard's clipboard. You can turn off your keyboard's clipboard and the native Android keyboard will still function, so there is no relationship between your clipboard and keyboard. Like on a computer, again, there is no relationship between your keyboard and clipboard.

Since your keyboard is an "app", and it has access to your clipboard, any body with malicious intent could build an app to access your clipboard and send the data to their server. The app could just be a simple calculator you installed, but its intent is to get your data. One thing I know is as far as you're using a smart device, your data could be easily compromised.

There are lots of clipboard managers on playstore. (You said only your keyboard can access your clipboard). Those apps can access your native clipboard seamlessly. Now, imagine that the guys who built those apps have malicious intent, bro your data will be compromised. Only install third party apps you can trust with your data.

I wish smartphones have clipboard access permission but they don't have, once you copy anything (it goes into the clipboard) it is a public access area - almost every app in your phone can access, read and copy the information in your clipboard. It's like anything uploaded to the internet via http, it can be accessed by anyone who wishes to have the information.

Let me make it simple - Stop copying and pasting sensitive personal information in your phone like email, passwords, credit card details, bank accounts etc.
Your phone clipboard is a public access area and any app can collect and use any data in the clipboard.
Check out how to go about it securely in this Video...

Internet isn’t 100% safe, that’s why people needs to be wise..

Stop using bank App. It’s easier to spy one via apps. If you have to do online transfer, do it via your bank website..
