I noticed something, none of them had "yellow" shoulder tags.

Even d award winning cadet officers for "SSC" who, normally are under Ashanti, also didn't wear "yellow" shoulder tags. It kept me wondering, if dey had given dis excellent SSC cadet anoda battalion to go into.
the ones that got the awards had cadet appointments.. so they wore their ranks instead of the yellow bars

Was wondering, thanks.

But why didn't dey use yellow shoulder tags with their ranks inscribe on it? Instead, dey decided to use "red"

Thats how the academy ranking system is.. ranks are on red patches..as long as Ssc cadets are in the academy, they have to do academy things..

What are we now saying... It's high time we started considering some of the lapses in our country.. The Gunner, Loader and Driver spots are more or less reserved for the RRI guys while the Commander Spot is majorly for the Commissioned Officers, but ALL of them go gather dey Inside

Exactly brother, that's the main NOTE OF WORRY AND CONCERN.. Reports coming from a friend of mine, A private currently in Bama, is that Some of Their Armoury are outrageously outdated and develops fault easily, thus slowing down their Effort...

17 armored vehicles (Including Artillery Trucks, VT4 Main Battle Tanks and ST1 tank destroyers) that were delivered to the Nigerian Army in April this year by the Chinese are yet to be deployed to the Warfront coz Covid19 halted the coming down of the chinese guys to Train the Nigerian Army Officers and soldiers wey go dey Cruize the Utilities...

RPG no dey discriminate between commissioned officer or NCO.
Some people complain amongst other things that it's coz they can't escape attack. But I always wonder the tank itself dey armoured or protected from some certain fires.
What I don't know is if it skin can hold heavy ballistic missiles like AA

With all due respect sir, i believe the message wasn't directed to you.. It was meant to be understood by a "selected few"... That you couldn't decipher what he said, doesn't mean he didn't communicate clearly! Infact, the message was loud and clear! You'd have just scrolled past the message sir, instead of sounding the way you did sir.. God bless you..

Sir.. The language used in the message was clear...i'm i missing something?? was it written in swahili?? It was written in English/pidgin/some academy slangs.. Which is understood by even 11year olds... Fine, if the person who complained, couldn't understand it, all he had to do was ask for an explanation! And not condemn then whole the message sir...

And If the individual who complained is referring to the "born bastard" part of the message, well.. I must confess, anyone on this thread who still sees "born bastard" as an insult isn't ready!! I've been privileged to be around "regular ofsas" and they still call themselves "bastards and fuckers"!.! Gentlemen ofsas o!.! Toh..
Peace...

The guy didn't even condemn at all, i don't know where u got yours from. This is an opened platform, because u understood a slang doesn't mean another person would.

The way I see this entire thing ehn, doe it’s my own personal opinion and it’s different from yours.. This is a military thread.. it’s not far off if somebody comes here to drop military slangs.. if somebody doesn’t understand, what the person should do is ask for a translation..
2.. the 2 guys that were talking to each other knew each other personally and they must have previously talked like that before..
