2:30AM - 4:00AM is 1.5 hrs. The athlete did this particular set of run for 6 days, i.e, In that week, he ran 6 x 1.5 hrs = 9 hrs in the morning.

2:00PM - 4.30pm is 2.5 hrs. The athlete did this particular set of run for 4 days, i.e, In that week, he ran 4 x 2.5 hrs = 10 hrs in the evening

Therefore, the total number of hrs the athlete ran that week is 9 + 10 = 19 hrs.
According to the question, average speed is 8km/hr

Now, the question is asking for the total distance traveled in that week in kilometres. So lets solve
Distance = speed x time
therefore, Distance = 8 x 19 = 152km

Sorry. I mixed it up
Re: Snepco Past Questions by NisforNicky: 5:26pm On Oct 14, 2020
Tobilyn77:
the athlete ran for 1 hours 30 minutes for 6 days in the morning.
Total hours ran. (6*1.5hours) = 9 hours .
In the evenings. He ran for (1hour 30mins For 4 days.( 4*1.5) = 6 hours.
(9+6) = 15 hours total.
Speed = distance/time.
8km/hr = x/15
X= 15*8
X= 120km.

im confused walahi

oga how does this translate to A. 200 now

modified: oh, i see where the mistake is

the second one should be 2hrs 30mins not 1hr 30mins

good attempt bro

Please, how did u get 11?

list all the data in order from smallest to largest

then look for where 12 is on the row (11th term in this case)

that is the rank/p0sition (n) of 12.

the big N is the total no. of terms

Lolzzz... Thanks bro

As regarding the questions on percentile, median, inter-quartile and their likes,,,,, I think the table given is not representing the right information.
Check up SPLENDID25's last message. I think he put forth a reasonable assumption as regarding the table.
The 2nd row should represent the frequency of the values given in the 1st row.. I'm sure(not 100%) it was a mistake from them.

You assumed the lower row to be that of frequency, right?
