The Spanish Football Federation ended the Liga Primera Iberdrola abruptly on May 6th, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Barcelona Femeni were declared champions of the 2019/2020 season. It is the first time that Barca have won the league since the 2014/2015 season.

The trophy presentation could not be made at the time due to the lockdown. Football has since resumed and the Liga trophy was presented to Barca last weekend. Asisat Oshoal took to Twitter and Instagram yesterday to show off the trophy.
