I think it is locally in Nigeria because here is Brazil we still have access to Twitter and Facebook right now
Thanks for this. Using a Brazil VPN it only works for my second Twitter account. Plus they have added a story feature. Relax guys it's just technical issues.

Modified: Apparently that story feature (Called Fleet) only appears in brazil server and probably haven't been released to the rest of the world. Switched off the VPN and the feature disappeared.

Currently using ProtonVPN, easy to search on your local phone store and download. OpenVPN works fine too but a bit complex for first timers.
