Republic of Southern Nigeria or even with the middle belt isn't bad if it is governed by a truly FEDERAL constitution. More importantly, every region will be free to develop at its own pace without any intereference by the federal government. You cannot give up Nigeria and have the same system to replace it. 1 Like |

5 states created by the military? All the military govts and the states they created are illegitimate! Nobody voted for them and the states weren't created through referendum. How can you create a state without a referendum? I am from Delta and I'm Igbo so there is not way i will not join Biafra and become a minority in Nigeria? No way! Moferere: 1 Like 1 Share |

Use your head, the boundaries today were done by illegitimate military govts. A referendum will be done and the nationalities will choose where to belong through a referendum which is the legitimate means to create a state, region or country! omenka: |

I LIKE THE MAP SHOWN BELOW. IT'S RIGHT FOR A RETURN TO 3REGION FEDERALISM. 3 REGION FEDERALISM IS A BETTER SOLUTION THAN THE 12 STATE OR REGION FEDERALISM SUGGESTED BY SOME NORTHERNERS. |

DMerciful: Stop being krezi, Delta is no igbo. If you are from Asaba, cross river Niger, go and join your people in onitsha. Once you cross that river Niger, you are no longer a biafra, that's how we are going to do the demarcation |

continue drawing maps under your rusty brown roofs. Even an insane Igbo person wouldn't opt to share a country with the Yoruba people. Yoruba's can support a foreigner for a course out of envy for his fellow Igbo country man like they do to okonjo iweala. They are the worst managers of diversity and the most ethni conscious group in Nigeria which was why the mid-west voted overwhelmingly to leave the west for them. The biggest fear of Midwest groups (except Delta Igbos) is being forced to join Yoruba if Biafra leaves. Yoruba and Igbo have no single historical and precolonial relationship. 1 Like |

Abasman008: Which one is Niger Delta? There are lot of Niger delta states, which even Yoruba and Igbo states are included. This is exactly how bakassi lost their Ancestral Land to Cameroonians. I am not a biafra/Igbo, at the end of the day you are sold off to foreign countries and chased away from your lands. You better stop this Niger Deltan mentality and identify yourselves before it's to late. |

nisai: 1) Igbos and Yorubas dont trust each other 2) Both will fight for supremacy as the two biggest ethnic groups in the new country 3)Igbos and Yorubas already have own movements for independence, Biafra and Oduduwa. They should be two separate countries If some sort of Southern Nigerian Republic is created, we Igbos are leaving within 6 months. 1 Like |

gidgiddy:Read between the lines. Let's stay on point and ensure the division of Nigeria from the core north first. We can always discuss with fellow educated people if our continuous union thereafter becomes untenable. Don't give room for any division from those enemies from the Sahel who profit from our puerile competition down south. 1 Like |

Unfortunately, you are better off on your own because you can not be a satisfied, lawful, cooperative and peaceful member of any society by nature because you can not change your hateful, bitter, tribal, anti social and bigoted ways. 1 Like 1 Share |

nisai:What you don't know is bigger than you. Most Igbos were venting against Yorubas before because of the support they're giving the fulanis. Today that the Yorubas have woken up to reality, those attacks have reduced to the barest minimum save for few with the hangover syndrome. Most of the recent attacks online are by fulanis disguising using either Igbo sounding names or the former lines Igbos used to do the back and forth with their Yoruba counterparts. The reality of today should make every sensible youth from the south to know when the ship has set sail. Read between the lines as the sahelian invaders struggle to dismantle whatever unity they see happening here in the south. |

Biafrannuke:You need to be strategic. Leave whatever divides us for now and focus on what unites us. We can always discuss down and call it quits if we can't forget ahead together. We're all educated down south. Welu ire gi guo eze gi onu. |

Yujin:Stop fooling yourself. Nothing unites us except the issue of the moment. one shouldn't be cajoled to fight for freedom if truly he values freedom. If you do that, you I'll put yourself in a weak position. we must draw boundaries always so no one takes advantage of the moment to advance their selfish interest which is detrimental to Biafra's freedom. Peace. |
