Covering her stretch marks by thrusting her hips forward.

Observe her leg position in the two pictures, her stretch marks only appear when both legs are raised and more pressure are on her buttocks

BOTTOM LINE

Pictures are really just pictures. People are putting their best personality, body, and all sorts online.

It's their choice and it's fine. You have a choice to take them seriously or love yourself and never make comparisons.

Most of these are modified. Poses help but majority are a result of facetune and co. There’s no way mere posing will make cellulite disappear. Stop deceiving people.
