I find a few things stupid here.

1. The school just breached the girl's security and put her up for possible kidnap.

2. So with all the money Victor AD is making, he can't send his sister to a good private University where she will study hard in a good environment, co mingle with people of good upbringing, make better friends in life and turn out good? He is sending her to Auchi Polytechnic to do what?

Paying 800k or 1m for 1 year for the sis to be a better person will not hurt his pocket na. Some of you might fault this post but just know that the reason why you haven't broken even, despite your hardwork is because you don't know no one that can push your dreams for you. All your friends and relations are poor and can't help your dreams and ambition.
