No you can’t because your dad is a naturalized American. Not American by birth.

Nigeria is the only country that's not qualified for it because they already have over the 50,000 a country gets for the diversity in Visa.

What it means is nigerians are more in the USA than any other african country.
Including us will only increase nigerians too while their main aim of diversity would be thwarted

other countries were banned too, reason being that "over 50,000 citizens from those countries have entered the US in the last five years"

Your question and use of words are confusing.

If I understand this, your father is a citizen, naturalized or not. Based on your age he can apply for citizenship for you.

For such an important matter please get off of Nairaland and become at one with USCIS website.

I met a girl in Ibadan with similar story though it was her mum that left her behind. She’s in the USA now.

I think you have a direct path to citizenship from your father if you haven’t aged out or married.

If that fails then yes your siblings can file for you but it’ll be a long time.

PS: I’m not up on USCIS rules though and I know that Trump has done some Tomfoolery with them.
