Can anyone kindly advice on the insurance cover needed for a 3- year study period . The study and protect is just for a year, can I go ahead and buy just for a year...

Only 1 year is required at first. Subsequent renewal yearly.

Hi Guys

Anyone currenty in Dublin searching for an Accomodation should reach out. Its a single room in Lucan. 6 mins away from the stop. I lived there for the Past one year while schooling at DBS and had to leave as i am moving to another county.

Please, is the accommodation still available?

Just in case anyone gets stuck on this issue of booking appointment like I did, I found that it helped to have someone outside the country do it for me.

No they won’t, they may not even require you to show it at the point of entry.

Thought to provide an update as I got a lot of help from here.

I got a decision on my appeal exactly 13 working days after I reapplied.

I have now arrived and settled in Ireland.

Thank you @adekemiejiro @dwebb @IcasNG and everyone who share honest replies that help, you re gems.

I pray that those waiting will get good feedback soon.

Cheers!

Thanks mate,
I want something related to my work experience
Thanks

Hello buddy, is your plan to study Geoscience and practice Geoscience or you want to study something related to your present work experience?

Based on my own experience, I would admonish you to jettison Ireland for Geoscience education if your plan is to practice Geoscience here because there are no Geoscience opportunities in Ireland. Cheers.

Search online for Irish critical skills permit and the eligible occupations. Then it's not that easy from outside Ireland unless you are in the medical or IT field

Please confirm if Turkish Airlines is coming to Nigeria at the moment before u book. Heard rumors that they suspended Nigeria routes because of the protests. But they remain the best option if they are operating Nigeria routes then. In the absence of that Emirates Airline remains ur best alternative

Hi, does anyone know if the present level 5 lockdown will affect GNIB registration?, because some of us are yet to register since we are still observing the 2weeks isolation. Also, how are we supposed to get accommodation during this six weeks lockdown.
