This is not right. As much as i want the corrupt practice, brutality and cowardice of public officials to end. I say no to hacking. Two wrongs cannot make a right. If we want things to drastically change to the positive. Then we have to act positive, do the right thing.

The NCDC website and its' internal links are working properly.
All the websites alleged to have been hacked by this "anonymous" are working. I have checked them. So where is the hacking?
