The Federal Government has said that the $1.5bn steel plant that is nearing completion in Kaduna State will attract automobile industries to Nigeria when completed.

The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, disclosed this during an inspection tour of the African Natural Resources and Mines, an African Industries Group company in Kaduna.

The minister, who spoke on Saturday while inspecting the plant, said the facility would produce one million metric tonnes of steel annually and would help put an end to the importation of the commodity into Nigeria.

She said: “We have deliberately attracted various industries to come into Nigeria. This is because one of the main impediments to industrialisation has been the scarcity of high quality steel.

“So by this project, we are now assured that we can attract the auto industries of the world to come into Nigeria and produce cars in Nigeria for Nigerians, as well as for the region.”

The finance minister described the African Natural Resources and Mines group as a major partner for Nigeria’s economic development and diversification.

According to her, “There’s no country in the world that will be industrialised without having a stable steel industry. Your partnership with us as government means we are very much on the side to meet the aspiration of industrialising Nigeria.”

The Group Managing Director, African Industry Group, Alok Gupta, said the firm would be mining iron ore to produce Direct Reduced Iron, which would enable the company to produce higher-grade steel more efficiently.
He said, “This investment in the long term will dramatically increase domestic steel production. We are capable of producing over one million metric tonnes in a year.

“We are proud to be part of the looming steel revolution in Nigeria. Having invested over $1.5bn, we are hopeful that the expected steel revolution will have multiplier effects on the Nigerian economy.”

Gupta also said the steel company supported the Federal Government in the fight against COVID-19 by donating N1.35bn to help curb the spread of the virus.

“Get a high-income skill and become a millionaire in no time.”

“Do not come out of this pandemic without a skill.”

Do these sound familiar?

Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been several posts across social media advising folks to learn skills that could serve as a means of income.

You have probably keyed into this revelation and dedicated this season to learning whatever skill is classified as high-income.

Who doesn’t want to be a millionaire in no time? No one!

Well, now that you’re done with that training, please read these words carefully, write them down if you can, so you avoid the frustration that comes with not making money with that skill.

Last week, my friend and I were looking through job offers for logo design and branding on Upwork and we saw a job for $310

That is over 100k in naira.

This is the same logo design and branding that Uche Adesanya is offering for 7,000 and Mrs. Beatrice and others are pricing for 3,000.

We also saw the profile of a designer who charges more than that amount, for 4 hours of his service.

If in 3 months, he sells to 20 clients and then, starts teaching people logo design and terms it a high-income skill that can make you a millionaire in no time.

Would he be lying? Gracious no!

He would even have proofs and screenshots of payments he has received from his clients.

You see, having a skill is one thing and knowing how to earn from it is another.

In the logo design example, what do you notice? Same skill, but different pay.

What is responsible for this?

There are many factors. But, the top of them is the clients you are serving.

After you’ve learnt that skill, go to Upwork and rent a room.

You can be doing the exact same thing as the lady who gets paid $500 for a job on Upwork, but you earn 20,000 naira.

You may be the best, but you’d eat chips when you’re earning chips.

Howbeit, if you knew about Upwork before now, you’d know there are currently some restrictions on new freelancers.

You might have tried to register a hundred times and gotten rejected a hundred and two times.

But still, Upwork is approving accounts daily.

There’s a secret to getting accounts approved instantly.

There are folks who have made it their jobs to get accounts approved for others at a fee.

But, I won't just approve your account for you. I will also teach you how to get accounts approved instantly.

Here are some other things you will learn from me:

• How to write job winning offers.
• How to get high paying clients.
• How to receive payments into your local bank account.

All these, are just a few of the things you'd know how about soon.

If you don’t have a skill to offer, do not worry.

You will also learn how to write a non-plagiarized 1000 word article in less than 20 minutes.

You can offer this skill on Upwork!

Is that all?

No.

You will be given eBooks on freelancing worth 6,370 naira.

For all you stand to gain, He could peg the fee for this training at 5,000 naira and it would still be fair.

But he has slashed the fee to learn these, to just 2,150 naira.

Amazingly,

The first 20 people to contact him will pay just 1,000 naira!

This is the last time the training will be at this fee.

It won't happen again.

When is this training commencing?

On Thursday, 24th of October, 2020.

How do you get started?

Send him a message for the account details to pay to on 0 7 0 1 4 8 9 9 9 7 2.

PS: If you don't come from a rich family, make sure a rich family comes from you.

Send him a message now.

"Miyetti Allah has described the #EndSARS protests as part of a plot by some Southern Politicians to overthrow President Muhammadu Buhari"

Miyetti Allah's submission may be true since the protest was engineered in Lagos State so they can say it's made in Lagos or Tinubu sponsored.

But I want to put it to Miyetti Allah and the North that Nigerians are tired of mediocrity and the North pride in PMB is the highest form of mediocrity in the history of Nigeria. The North has never produce such a mediocre president his first coming was better. If every second coming should be like this christians will never pray for Jesus to come again that's how bad it is.

The impunity, corruption and incompetency of this government is the worse in recent times and when you engage top leaders from the North they don't hide their pain about the hardship this government has brought.

Miyetti Allah is scared because they see a revolution in the making and when it peak the only reasonable thing for any government to do is to resign.

We have failed to revitalize and have left it in ruins, left that sector dead because of oil.

Yet you have swallowed all the returns from oil over the years, and have become potbellied.

E nor go better for the set of leaders wey we don get for this country since independence.

Imagine, one Fulani cow don swindle us twice.

Who would save Nigeria? Is it you?

Then the Ajaokuta steel,it will be like a monument in kogi. Nigeria is a country of misplaced priority, they Northerners are systematically building things in the North, so that they will be in a position to benefit greatly in the event of a break up or true federalism.
