After my experience in edo state
I regret canvassing for #endsars
This is no longer a protest,is turning to anarchy
Youth who are suppose to protect the masses are now swindling them ,collecting 2000 Naira per vehicle, people who depend on daily pay is now underfed,
Burning of tyres on the road with distance of 2-3km from each burning point
Burning of police stations
The issue of prison break is an inside job
But from today
Edo protest is not What we need
Seriously I regret

Seun Kuti was right after all. We oppress ourselves in this nation. Same thing happened in some parts of lagos too. Hoodlums mount road blocks and extort people.

All protest that the government pay blind eyes to always leads to a revolution and before the revolution comes the anarchy so thumps up to all Ẹdo people.
Let The Games Begin

Sadly the action of these miscreants would kill all the efforts made by those mean well for the people.

I think that just shows nothing really works in Nigeria except hardship.
All these were orchestrated by the political powers to make people beg for government intervention, and all govt knows is force

Plus most of the sensible youth of Edo dey Europe lol
Re: I Regret Canvassing For #endsars by 360degreess(m):
.. No OP continue. I said it severally that this is not protest but some frustrated people on nairaland were attacking me.
Maybe until it happens to them or any of their family members thats when their eyes will open.. Miscreants are attacking and frustrating innocent citizens on the streets, freeing criminals from prison, raping women, stealing from people shops, yet people are still calling it protest.. We shall see. In fact, we are seeing it.

You have tried your best. Go back home and rest. It is not your duty to protect the masses. If the government can no longer guarantee your safety on the road, withdraw to your home and guard yourself.

Today it is EndSARS. Tomorrow it may be EndThuggery...

Yesterday, a man offered the protesters money to allow him pass but they refused to collect it and ordered in to turn back. In amazement, he opened his mouth, turned off his engine, came out and jumped excitedly chatting endsars.

He couldn't believe his eyes.

He was just embrassing the boys excitedly.

Early, one of the hoodlum that joined the protesters demanded for money from a motorist, he was rebutted and rebuked seriously.

This happened in Ikeja.

A monumental change comes at a price. It's good to lament over such poor behaviours from thugs but to call the drive for change a bad thing shows you're unserious. What's the option of thus drive? Fall back into desolation and watch the vampires as they perfect their domination plan? NEVER! Freedom comes at a price and only the persistent gets it.
Freedom is near.
