More clarification about the cost of this building to carcass level (2.5m )

-The block is mould here ( the Client has block industry so the block comes out cheaper )
- we are using 6” stone dust mixed block.
-The Client has a lorry, so our sharp sand do comes cheaper than regular supplier rate.
- Cement comes cheaper at the rate of 2500 per bag bcs the client buy in bulk, bcs he is a cement merchant too
-The site is a dry level firm land

All estimation as been done before we kick start the job.
It’s not a rocket science to get it done professionally, it’s our field at ( Arbo contractor Ltd/ Rotech building concept.

As I said,the structure is MINI bakery/ office space.

Down section we have these.
-Production room/sales point section (size 35*14ft)
-Receptions/ stair way, space 10*14ft (straight flight steel design type)

Upper section
-1 Toilet
-2 offices space
-mini outside lobby
