Yesterday, when I checked my balance i saw my airtime added with 1k and my balance was 224naira.
I didn't used the airtime and all my former balance was taken.
Please who also faced this?

Lolz... They took away their N1k and left behind my initial balance... I only use the line for data sha, that's why I didn't use the money.

It has to do with that 1k they mistakenly credited their subscribers yesterday. When I contacted customer care as per deduction I noticed today, I was told that they will keep deducting till they retrieve their 1k

Airtel only have themselves to blame for this. Whether their network was hacked or they "mistakenly" credited their customers, the problem came from their side.

For me, I'll rather buy a new line. Or dump their network all together.

Airtel credited me with 1k, they later retracted it cos I didn't use a kobo from it. I loaded my account and subscribed the 1500 for 6gb bringing my total data balance to over 10gb cos I hv 4gb prior to my sub, lo and behold, they wiped all my data this evening. What kind of wahala is this abeg?

When I saw awoof 1k airtime ....
I bought 1.5GB DATA instantly and still using it till today but my brother said I want to use mine for call and lost the money. He recharge again and they still took the recharge card. I laughed in Airtel customer care voice

My account balance was wiped after I discovered there was 1k airtime I used it to sub, yesterday I loaded 2h airtime so I could call someone lo and behold I was hearing you do not have sufficient airtime to make this call.
What kinda problem is this?

then its best you don't recharge the line as they will keep deducting you until they collect their money

They also gave me 1k and i tried to Subscribe with it, buh the network wasn't okay then so I said " I would do it later" cos I was doing something important then. After 2 to 3hrs when I tried to Subscribe with the 1k, I discovered that they have collect their money back. I just hope if I recharge now they won't deduct my money cos I did not use 1kobo out of their 1k o. Because if they deduct my credit, Me and them go get serious issue cos If I subscribe 5h now, The amount that will be left with me no reach 200��.

I was saying it before nah airtel is worse than any other network, glo remains the best. Going back to go abeg.
