Hi guys glory be to God my little princess just whelped yesterday. Babies are strong and eating well . Will updated u guys later..

This was Wednesday morning I had a feeling anytime soon. So I got her a card box for to whelp inside . Immediately I brought it near her cage she was so happy. And started digging I knew it will not be long.

Being her first time I was determined see her through it

I over slept Wednesday night, by 3 on the Thursday morning she started calling out, I woke up I knew she was in distress...

Being her first pregnancy, I don't think she understood to whole situation. I ran over to her cage . She was yelling..

The first pup was still in the sac, she did not understand what came out of her or what to do.
She was just looking at me screaming.
I took her to the whelping box after padding it, I knew it was going to be a long night.

After calming her down, I went back to her cage I knew the answer it was to late for that pup.

My little princess called out again, this time I was present the pups came I had to show and tell her what to do. See me giving command lick the nose, the the sack bite the cord. The little angel over worked.

We were on it, 1,2,3 then she relaxed. I taught it was over. I started cleaning up left her came back met another half way out. My little princess was already tired. She did not want to even move anymore. See command lick the pups nose and mouth. For where!!!. She looked at me come do am if it is easy like that...
She was weak, the other pups were already crying she looked confused and one stuck .
I rushed to get her evaporated milk, which she gulped immediately while I tore the sac. I had to rub the pup before it screamed and was breathing normal. Close call

She was feeling stronger, while I was now transferring the pups to different box, my little princess motherly instincts kicked in . Bros where u dey carry my children dey go small grunt.
Has she stood up, low and behold. ..

Another pup started coming out, she was strong enough and carried out her role expertly.. immediately the pup started breathing normally. She went straight to where the other pups where and demanded to enter.. see my little princess forming mummy

I told my little princess, take it easy they are all here , mago mago no dey . As if she no believe me she count her pups by licking one by one. Okay complete oga you free.

All 5 sucking on all cylinders, funniest thing she come over to me to apologise for everything that happened. Started licking my hand and foot thank you oga no vex I shout for you before, na circumstances cause am .
I told her I know my, wife behaved the same way during her labour... Thanks for reading.
