It is unfortunate that the bar has been set so low that Trump's allies had to advice him to be calmer so that he would not damage himself like he did during the first debate.Trump is the incumbent and no longer an outsider.

NNPC has nothing to do with subsidy. Subsidy is paid directly to individual fuel products importers not to NNPC. If anything, downstream is under the purview of DPR. It was Baba Buhari who in his infinite wisdom made NNPC sole importer of fuel products. It used not to be so.
