All of you writing rubbish here are not Yorubas. The fact that a person speaks or writes Yoruba does not mean he or she is a Yoruba. Millions of non yorubas speak and write Yoruba that does not make them to reason like yorubas or support a Yoruba cause. I have seen IBOs in 2007 while at business centre in Abuja using Yoruba names to apply for UK Visa. Some of those who speak Yoruba in UK are not Yorubas.

Future protests in Lagos will have serious problems. The IBOs have said they prefer DEATH to Tinubu becoming President. They said they are going to attack him with all the resources they have. The attacks have been so much ever since Buhari became President with an entire tribe having hatred for a single individual.

I am against Yoruba Presidency and in support of Oduduwa nation. Alternatively, restructuring will be an accepted option. In all my various submission on nairaland and other platforms against Yoruba Presidency, I said the culture of Yorubas - culture of simplicity, equity, true friendship, internal justice, strong Political and Religious Dichotomy will never allow the Presidency to bring any benefits to the Yorubas as other tribes have benefitted immensely from their Presidency enriching their kinsmen and developing their regions while Nigeria is impoverished with debts. Nigeria made the highest revenue in Africa under Jonathan, that was the highest revenue in the history of Africa till date without saving one kobo, but borrowed heavily and spent almost $23 billion of the money Obasanjo saved. That is why they are included in the BOOK - "Thieves of State" . They mismanaged and looted the money enriching their kinsmen to invest in business and buy properties in Lagos and other places. We can see the Northern version despite lack of money, Chinese loans have provided them the needed fund. Obasanjo only project for South West - Olokola LNG which he started at end of his tenure died under Yaradua.

The call for restructuring or Oduduwa nation remains the best option for the Yorubas.

The hijacking of protest to settle widely known bitterness and hatred against Tinubu and the desecration of the traditional institution is highly unacceptable. The burning of BRT buses, TVC and The Nation Newspaper are highly painful and unacceptable. After the great damage in Lagos, they are now having skirmishes of destruction in their places to give it a general look.

Future protests in Lagos must pass through several hurdles.

After Tinubu’s action today, it’s better someone else of Yoruba extraction be President. He cannot be trusted. He sold his people out at the alter of ambition. That’s the end of this journey.
