OP, it's not advisable to buy used phone, but if you must, ensure the seller has the phone's receipt. Meanwhile a few brands will give you good specs for that price. Check out ITEL and their newly released phones. They are amazingly affordable.

If you're yet to make a decision, I'll say don't buy a second hand phone or the so-called London used phones. Those phones may be okay but sometimes give problems. Buy Itel S16 Pro. The phone has all you need and still affordable. Goodluck in making your decision.

Don't buy london used it second hand phones o. You can get a new itel S16 or itel A56. If you love selfies go for S16. You will get it at an affordable price. These phones have strong battery life as well

Buying used phones in this Endsars and hoodlums period isn't advisable oo. I've had firsthand experience with Itel S16 series and I believe the OP will be making the right choice for that price.

Those pictures looked crisp; that people were doubting that the 16 pro took those pictures is a pointer that itel upped their game in the selfie market.

"Too good to be true" was what they all kept saying and that's damn right.

Why get fairly used and prolly get harrased by SARS when affordable is at your doorstep?

Itel will eventually put "fairly/London used sellers" out of business sadly cos people will go for newer phones as opposed to used phone with nearly spent lifespans.

I'd rather own a new S16 pro than an already spent "Flagship" .

Now, she's the one that'll speak good about her new toy because of personal experience. Others who may have negative views would change their views like the OP too if they try using it.

But "doubting" is quite different from outrightly expressing disapproval for something one hasn't tried you know? And that's the trend right now on Nairaland and especially towards itel new releases.

What's so hard in believing that a brand can up its game and start to rewrite its story?

To me that's what itel has done. And its strategy of 'strictly affordable' in endearing them to the low incomers.
