It cannot get to perfection and sadly they are adding more loopholes making it easy to cheat. No one is saying it's not constitutional. In an election you want to make sure that every doubt of cheating or every means of cheating is eliminated. People are receiving ballots up and down. Some ballots for people who don't even live at the address.

Why don't they do it how they have been doing it before now. Before you have to request it now they are Mass sending it making people receive ballot of dead people or people who no longer live that a particular location.
