It is so sad ladies can't take half of what they dish to men..... It is women choice not to date broke men, so is men choice not to ever date or even think of marrying a single mother.

Though mine is an exception though, if her previous husband died, it is very understandable coz dt cant be controlled.

But when her baby daddy is still alive and kicking, God forbid i marry such lady.. We can only do our iranu fr the time cheesy

but I can't marry her...

I'm not in support of single young man dating or marrying single mothers but isn't it also hypocritical y'all will claim you can never date a single mum yet will go for foreign great grandma? Any lady above 30 y'all call her evening newspaper with other degrading names yet the same Nigerian men are hustling for white granny!

It would be hypocritical if i insult broke men nd eventually date a foreign broke guy,it definitely mean i am an hypocrite!

You would think it's only for green card but I can tell you funny stories of men who have their permanent stay secured and still marry single mothers. A few years ago one of our brothers went to Nigeria and stayed longer than he said he would. His white wife got pissed and left him with their son and started a relationship with one go his friends (also Nigerian) grin

. They are married now and got two more kids. This is just one of the many stories I can tell you about. It's a different reality offline but let everyone be alpha, reasonable and opportunistic online with unlimited choices. grin

No matter the circumstances a child has a father and a mother.
Where the father can be identified it is true the mother might be single but the child is not a single parent child.
Men have be to live up to thier responsibility to their children no matter the relationship with the mother.
The should cater for their kids and actively involve themselves on raising their children.
The truth is that we don't have so many irresponsible single mothers. Any woman that takes a decision to keep a child and raise the child is not irresponsible.
What we have is allot of irresponsible fathers who abandon thier responsibilities.
Truth be told many women are even single mothers in their marriage.
And one more advise
..ladies please don't join in pulling men down.

each time i read about single motherhood online it pains me for the level at which people jump into conclusion. i will only say a man is irresponsible only if he has the means to be responsible an yet he did not, a woman that left a man because he his broke failed as a true woman. ladies of nowadays tend to cover their greedyness with the man current situation maybe broke an trying had to brake free from his situation they couldn't endured with the guy instead they act like butterfly unto the next man an when u ask them wat prompted it they're quick to say the magic word ' he is irresponsible' that is y i left with my kids, forgetting that they are the one who squeezed the man dry by bringing nothing to tbe relationship except sex. majority of single mothers in our society are wat they made for their selves out of greed.

Personally, I have absolutely nothing against single mothers. Life path can lead to so many unimaginable places. If you know Summer Aku on YouTube, you will know that some people are single mothers not by choice, but because of the situation they found themselves in.

Don't judge anybody. You might do worse if you were in their shoes. I salut the courage of all single mothers irrespective of how they got there. They could have easily abandoned their child but they chose to bear the hate and shame and trian their children. So please let single mothers be!

By the way I'm not yet a mum, talk less of being a single mum. So im not saying this because im a single mum.

The society has a respectable and dignified channel through which children are expected to come to the world. Anything contrary to this expectation is an aberration, which has profound consequences. This is because as the GateKeepers of creature, even when a lady is raped or deceived by a daredevil guy, she isn't completely spared of the odium and stigmatisation of the society, even from fellow women. Ideal? Far from it. Lived realty? Oh, yes.

It is usually aggravated -- as many of them are -- if she is poor, wretched, and unable to cater for her kid (s). Ladies who are wise have learnt these rules and upped their games. While the foolish and the inane ones vacillate aimlessly in the wilderness of entitlement, looking for whom to blame for their plight.
