We’ll treat IPOB in Rivers as terrorists, says Rivers Police By Chuks Eke Members of Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, (IPOB) have been asked to leave Rivers State or be treated as terrorists. In a statement the police image maker, Nnamdi Omoni after a meeting of Divisional Police Officers, (DPOs) in the state said IPOB has been declared a terrorist group by the Federal Government warning that its members caught would be treated as terrorists.
