They haven't started innviting for training. The poster on that thread is obviously a scammer looking for whom that will contact him.
Registration is still very much on.

You can see the email address doesn't even look official.

Some don't even get sms at all. They just checked and saw it. I'd advise while you wait for the approval SMS, find time and be checking the Nirsal website once in awhile.

Be i use ur advice I checked and see my application was approved. Though small. If I get credits, What percentage will be repaying every month.
