Good morning Nairaland and Xaiomites, I am Amos, I am typing with my brother's phone and account, I just got redmi 9c the day before yesterday, 29-10-2020. But it seems I got a defective unit, it keeps prompting find my device uxexpectedly closed, then it will reboot,the phone is not usable now, pls help mates

Furthermore, I have wiped the phone once when I first detected the issue, but it's recurring it seems like a bug or something |

vikymanu:how long does the device stay on before it restarts? if it stays on for some minutes you can quickly deactivate find my device and see how it goes. |

lekmyth:You can disable Find my device by disabling Mi activation service. Enable Mi account, register and make sure you use a mail and verify. More importantly update your device by downloading the full recovery ROM and installing manually. |
