Good day everyone, please I’m new here. I come seeking advice as I am presently very confused on what discussion and path to follow. At first the plan was just SINP my husband was the one in the pool, but that route started taking forever (Covid19) and all. I decided since I was almost done with my masters program, and below 30 to go for express entry. I wrote the IELT exam and had a Band 8, using the cic calculator my point is presently at 481.

Out of nowhere SINP had a draw and sent my husband an ITA, honestly at point we are really confused. Now my issue is I can’t join the pool immediately because my Wes verification is in process, not yet completed. With this new french part way what if the scores starts skyrocketing? I understand 481 is a high score but with this EE nothing is predictable.

Please go with the SINP first. You never can tell

Hi guys, I work as a customer service team lead in an e-commerce firm.

I guess my NOC code would be 6314 (Customer and information services supervisors).

• Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
• Evaluating and monitoring agents performance, providing learning and coaching opportunities.
• Prepare reports and analyse data to assist management as they determine call centre goals.
• Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
• Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
• Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards and policy.
• Investigate and solve product and service complaints.
• Performing additional duties where needed.

Kindly confirm if the duties/responsibilities above suits the NOC title.

Thanks

Please help, don’t ignore, thank you

Yes it does. If you pick the wrong NOC code you could get banned from applying to Canada for 5 years

Hi everyone,

I am contemplating of choosing between NOC 1241 - Administrative assistant or NOC 1221 - Administrative officer. I would like to know if either of them stand a better chance in terms of PNP or does one’s NOC influence one’s EE at any point?

Hi guys.
About this Canada hustle. What are my chances here?
- I work as an administrator in a fed. University.
- I'll be 30 soon.
- I'm not married yet.
- I have a masters degree.
- I freelance as a designer (UI and product).

I'm just worried about the core skill Canada needs here before I send my educational qualifications out for assessment.

What are the chances of getting an ITA based on my readily available work experience?

if you've worked for up to three years you can claim 481 points with your profile. But you need to claim it quickly before your 30th birthday. Get WES to verify your masters degree and get an IELTS score of LRWS 8.5,8.0,7.5,8.0 . Things are changing quickly

The express entry system is strict. They might feel you lied and ban you. It’s only study permit that can grant you a denial instead. Express entry = bam

For those on 470 there were about 12000 people sitting on 470 in the pool on October 14, 2020. Between then and now I believe more people may have joined. If you can try to increase your score as 470 cut-off isn't like to happen this years except they increase the number of profiles on each draw

Noc mismatch = refusal
Deliberately choosing a NOC to mislead e.g customers care or teller in a bank chosing another noc and they happen to find out = ban
MissMa01:

Please where did you get this information from? Just because my duties doesn’t match my NOC I’ll get banned? Hian. Highest I have read is a rejection o and you get to reapply if you are eligible.

Please have you gotten your PR?

In the end, the question she asked wasn’t answered. I think what you need to do is search from the various PNPs available which has your preferred occupation in demand and follow the steps.
I don’t know about influence , however for FSW according to CIC website o, provide reference letters for your work experience in NOC O,A, B.

If I am mistaken, please refer to page 1 and the website. If things are unclear, ask specific questions. But first, decide what you want to do.

If I have made any mistake, the well versed ones will address accordingly.

Hello all,

I am a new person here. I will like to know if the BCS certification needed to boost my points for 2 or more certificate has to be the certificate(foundation) or diploma.
