The unfortunate thing I've notice about our politicians is that they only canvas for that will benefit their office, all these governors are the one who came together against local government autonomy and I'm sure even if this fayemi becomes president he won't hand over more resources to state and less to the presidency they will rather amass more to their current office, they all know the right thing but will never do them

Same reason we will never have unicameral legislative, the thieves in the house won't agree to what won't pay them
