This people should be specific power given to states is not the problem yes we want more more to states but first we must let people decide where they want to be

Zonal system would be better far better off if and only if the zones are drawn by the people choices

Let people decide which zones they want to and they zone decide if they want to accept them

Who is decieving Fayemi?! Guy wey go vanish into political oblivion in 2022 a year before general election

Idiot hid CaCovid palliative as a Governor with his Nigerian Governors forum, he hid FG palliative , still took FG to court to strike out police reform act, because they want to spend 0.5% on Police

Fayemi and State Governors must first demonstrate their ability to handle devolution of power by stopping encroachment of Local Government fund, and by not collecting 300 to 700 million Naira monthly security votes
You are speaking on behalf of tinubu we know

As 2020 is coming to an end and due to the financial crises many people faced during the recent Pandemic,

So I've decided to do something Crazy as a Payback to my society!

I want to teach people for 'FREE' (give them the SKILL-SET) on how to Trade FOREX, Cryptocurrency, Shares (US&UK), Commodities and Bonds Profitably ($) by just using their sMart pHone, and also help them ‘Grow’ their money (Capital) at least by doubling it monthly till they are able to trade and make good PROFITs ($) single-handedly (and this would give them financial freedom as soon as possible)

That means you start “EARNING” immediately you are done with your Trade set-up while you are still Learning.

Hit me up on my WhatsApp *0*8*1*8*5*1*1*4*2*2*1 and let's get started now.

Fayemi should stop beating about the bush about one useless devolution.

Break this contraption now! Democracy does not work across the country and Jihadist fulani herdsmen are carrying out genocide and ethnic cleansing. Be wise.

Re: Fayemi Canvasses Power Devolution As Solution To Marginalisation by Nobody: 7:44am On Nov 01, 2020
Devolution won't work.

All itwould do is recreate Abuja corruption at the regional and state level.

Nigeria's solution is to industrailaise, and get off Niger Delta Oil. There is no other way.

Nigeria must industrialise.

Britain has 4 countries in one and is mostly alright. Maybe it's time we learn a thing or two from the people who created Nigeria.

The criminal governor have not learned any lesson that is why they are still talking nonsense. These governors take 400 to 700 million Naira monthly as security votes and just pocket it

Will they do it? Remember Osunbade campaigned with restructuring he later turned and said it means breaking up Nigeria.

The unfortunate thing I've notice about our politicians is that they only canvas for that will benefit their office, all these governors are the one who came together against local government autonomy and I'm sure even if this fayemi becomes president he won't hand over more resources to state and less to the presidency they will rather amass more to their current office, they all know the right thing but will never do them

Same reason we will never have unicameral legislative, the thieves in the house won't agree to what won't pay them

NOBODY IS WILLING TO MAKE NEEDED SACRIFICE
All of them sabi talk good ooo but give them the opportunity to implement what dem talk ... na so dem go start to misbehave ... start to beat up the people that empower them !

No mind the guy. Seeing El Rufai next to him already rubbishes the whole gist.

El Rufai use people like him to famzy Southerners and deceive people for his presidential ambition.
Even if Fayemi became president and wanted proper devolution, he won't have the liver to do it. He won't dare because of the North.

El Rufai wants people around him making the right noises. He will later go and use BBC Hausa service to tell his people the real gist. grin

Why should I be angry when a known APC election rigger is talking about nonsense? God bless Governor Fáyemí for this piece.

I was just discussing this issue with someone when I stumbled on this article. All Nigeria needs for survive the waiting bomb at this time is absolute power devolution which will give the centre lesser power than it has now and the regions/states more power.
