Reverend Tony Akinyemi of The Sherperd’s flock international church has boldly stated that the tenets of a Christian journey lies on the success of all areas of his life namely; Faith, Fitness and Health, Family and Relationships, Finance and Future.

Speaking at the official launch to the 5F conference, the healthy living based man of God claimed that it is important for a Christian to acknowledge God, live a Christ-like life and create a balance while on earth.

The 5F conference, a virtual conference which will officially be hosted in December by great men of God and motivational speakers like Niyi Adesanya, Pastor Bisi Adewale, Pastor Kola Olugbodi and Ayodeji Olabode promises to be an amazing experience for all where all the ‘Fs’ will be expounded, taught and practically experienced in abundance
